Finding Diana was the most important part of our real estate purchase. From start to finish, we were overwhelmed with how professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and caring she was. From experience, we know that it’s hard to find a real estate agent that will provide personalized, dedicated service. We’ve dealt with others in the past that just set up an automated listing/search email blast and then disappeared. With Diana, that was not the case at all. She curated her search just for us and checked in with us every single day. As a buyer’s agent, she is truly skilled at delivering exactly what you are looking for. We could not be happier with our choice of having Diana represent us in making the biggest purchase we have ever made!
We were particularly impressed with Diana’s commitment to staying updated on all the latest inventory to hit the market. We made the search a bit tougher on her because we were initially looking for two completely different things (and would have been happy finding either). Diana listened to our wants carefully and she was dynamic by proactively adjusting her search criteria without needing supervision from us as we saw more properties together and changed our minds over time. That’s what we loved so much about her. Even though we said we wanted one thing, when we walked properties and told her what we liked and didn’t like, she was able to discern what our needs and true wants were. She then worked to find and present us with properties that better matched our criteria.
Another thing that we appreciated about having Diana represent us was her industry connection. For many of the listings that we found or expressed interest in (even off market properties), she knew the seller’s agent personally or had a relationship with someone that did. We think that helped us gain extra industry insight and information on circumstances that would inform our search a bit better. There really is something to be said about having an agent that has a good reputation and a strong network.
When it came time to consider making offers on properties we liked, Diana helped us understand market comps and ran reports to help us get comfortable with our offer prices (particularly when we got to multiple counter stages and were being outbid). She struck the perfect balance of letting us make ultimate decisions on things like offer price and terms, while giving us her advice when we needed it.
In the end, Diana helped us purchase the most perfect condo that fits our needs and wants exactly! We could not be happier with our new home. Diana was skilled in helping us prepare a winning offer in a very competitive buyer pool, and guiding us through the entire escrow process while under pressure from our bank, our seller, and (occasionally) from us :). In the end, we had a smooth, timely closing and everything was communicated to us carefully and promptly throughout.

Diana went above and beyond our expectations in selling our condo in West Los Angeles. She was very responsive, organized, patient, and always on top every step of the selling process.
Preparing for sale: Diana created a timeline for us, including dates for handymen work, staging, photography, and marketing. There were no delays with any of these dates--everything was done professionally, with good quality, and on time.
Listing and showings: Diana helped us come up with a listing price that would help us get the most for our place. After the house was listed, she personally went to EVERY SHOWING to make sure the condo was presented in its best light every time. She also hosted open houses, which were very well attended.
Selecting an offer: Diana created a spreadsheet for us detailing every offer we received (18 offers!), and discussed the pros and cons of each offer with us. She also helped us strategize as to which offers to counter, and helped us sell the house at a price that exceeded what we thought we could get for it.
Communication and responsiveness: Diana kept us in the loop every step of the way, and was very responsive. Whenever we had a question for her, she would respond promptly. If she did not know the answer, she would tell us that and follow-up quickly after figuring it out.
Managing Expectations: Diana also managed our expectations very well. She gave us a good understanding of the market in our area, and gave us good estimates as to what we could get for our place. She also kept us calm when, on the morning of our offer deadline, we only had one offer in so far. She explained to us that more offers would come in at the 11th hour, and sure enough, that is what happened.
Service: In addition to the above, Diana also went above and beyond in helping us manage the sale. By the time we listed the house, we had already moved out of the area. Diana worked with third-party vendors (handymen, stagers, inspectors, escrow agents, etc.) to minimize the amount of work we had to do to get the house sold. Everything was done electronically, and the escrow process closed without a hitch.
In short, we would not hesitate to work with Diana again, whether it be selling or buying a property in Los Angeles.
Diana is absolutely THE BEST. I very highly recommend her to anyone starting the process of buying a home. Not only is she incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional, but she really listened to our ideas about what we wanted in a home (which changed often!) and was able to talk us through different ideas until we really figured out what we were looking for. She made the housing search process FUN, and the escrow process EASY! So many people we spoke with complained about how stressful buying a house is, but that was not at all our experience thanks to Diana. I love that we found a new home, but we will miss working with Diana!!
